ALL of your employees, co-workers, and colleagues will experience grief and loss - the death of a loved one, an unexpected health diagnosis, divorce, financial insecurity, and Covid-19. Not to mention the uncertainty of M + A’s, RIFs, leadership shakeups, and major restructuring that creates instability and fear.  


It can be hard to balance compassion and continued work productivity. But it doesn't have to be if you understand what employees are facing and have a plan in place.

That’s great, but an EAP won't specifically give leadership the tools and resources needed to support Grievers or provide tools to create a Bereavement Action Plan. As far as counseling, unfortunately, EAP's have a historically low participation rate.


We work with all-size organizations, teams, and budgets. We'll chat, listen A LOT, assess your unique challenges and design training and action plans specific to the goals and initiatives of your organization.
